We provide our distributors with an express delivery service and an always available help desk. We guarantee shipping to all European destinations and individual quotations for orders outside Europe. We provide manuals, catalogs and CAD/3D models for the realization of different structures for events, fair booths and exhibitions. Discover all the possibilities.
Shipments of bulk connectors and boxes for resale are free for all orders and restocks that exceed 300,00€. For set-ups and furniture, shipping costs vary depending on the volume of goods ordered, the type of shipment requested and the Country of destination. It is possible to request a FOB (free on board) delivery and a pick-up by your courier. Direct shipments to fairs are not allowed.
All orders within main European destinations, except for specific communications indicated on the product sheet, are prepared and shipped within 72 hours after receipt of payment of the order. All orders are shipped by express courier. Orders are delivered on average in 5 days to main European destinations. Shipping times for orders outside Europe can vary from 1 to 5 weeks, depending on the type of shipment (by air or by sea).

We ship from our warehouse in Italy to all over the world. We will be happy to organize the delivery of our product for you or we can put you in touch with a local dispatcher who will support you in the customs clearance and importation of the goods.

Each product can be purchased in minimum quantities directly in the end-customers’ shop. We don't provide free samples but we can eventually satisfy specific requests, only if asked to our Customer Care.
We have collections of customizable furniture intended for trade shows, events and fairs. Graphic templates are available for customization and can be uploaded directly to our on-line server at the time of purchase. Connectors and components of PlayWood assembly system are not customizable.
